   Unzip the folder You will see Start Here, a Calendar folder, Workbooks, SOPs, and a Bonus folder for hard days.

   Open Start Here.docx Word or Pages. That page tells you the first hour. If you have not shipped yet, write NA on the scorecard and start with the three ways of working. Words we use.docx explains short forms.

   Add the calendar Open Calendar / 14-Day Install.ics on your iPhone or in Outlook. There is a short how-to in that folder.

   Peek at the bonus Bonus / The Bad Day Desk. Replies you can paste, a cover sheet for when you are out, a claim list, and a reorder planner.
